The tasting will be personally guided by František Samla, owner of Vinoprovas, an enthusiastic wine lover and importer of carefully selected wines.
We have been importing wine since 2005. We started with a small circle of friends and one winery, but gradually this hobby became a serious business. Today we represent almost fifty wineries. In addition to wines from selected regions of France, Portugal and Austria, we focus mainly on wines from Italy, which have impressed us with their variety of varieties and styles. Our heartland is Piedmont, where we work with several prestigious wineries. Our aim is to select wines with authentic character, coming mainly from small family-run wineries. Their production may be limited in quantity, but it makes the experience all the richer. We strive to offer quality wines that will expand your 'wine horizons' or simply make your time with family or friends more enjoyable. Our efforts are confirmed by awards, including the title of Best Importer of the Year 2022 in the Prague Wine Trophy competition.
During the evening, participants will taste a selection of typical wines from Piedmont, including the white wine Favorita and the red wines Barbera, Dolcetto and Nebbiolo:
