Even in summer, it's time for quality wine. And even more time for quality tastings.
‍This time in Winehub Mánesova there will be a traditional Velká Maradova Summer Tasting of authentic wines from Moravia. Small organic winemaker Petr Marada from Mikulčice will bring 8 samples and maybe even one out of competition. On July 15, the program starts as usual at 18.00 and nothing can upset us. There will also be a traditional tailor-made snack. You will taste authentic wines from Moravia and you will be able to order or buy anything you like on the spot.

As winemaker Petr Marada says: we give wines time and space to develop their true aromas and flavors without unnecessary interference. Therefore, we specialize in dry wines, with an emphasis on the purity of the variety and its own individuality. White wines are aged in stainless steel tanks, selected batches also in oak or acacia barrels. Red wines almost all go through natural vinification in a wooden barrel. Since 2013 we have been producing sparkling wines produced by primary fermentation and sparkling wines produced by secondary fermentation. Both methods are produced by the champagne-fermented method in the bottle.
